Short description of the project: The company OZO Konfekcija d.o.o. implemented a project entitled Enhancing the Company Competitiveness through the Introduction of a Management System. Project funds were granted as a part of the Call Introduction of a Business Process and Quality Management System (ISO and similar standards), reference mark: KK.03.2.1.14, financed by the European Regional Development Fund. As a part of the project the company implemented the quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system
The goals and expected results of the project: The project results are the certificates for ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001. Owing to the project, the company developed 5 business processes and increased its competitiveness on the domestic and foreign market.
